I offer personal training sessions for all age & ability levels: children, youth athletes, conditioning for sports, police, firefighter, emergency responders, military. My experience: offering high-level strength & conditioning, flexibility, balance & fall prevention programs, and nutrition counseling. I also make "House Calls." Exercise & good nutrition is the "anti-aging pill."
